1. Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return & Refund Policy:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee directly covers non-refundable credit card processing fees, transaction costs, and warehouse/handling processing incurred during the initial order and return cycle. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount once the return is processed and inspected.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges for in-stock items are exempt from the restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item for the same product in a different size, you will only be responsible for any applicable shipping cost differences.
4. Shipping & Final Sale Items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale: Clearance items, custom-printed team jerseys with personalized names/numbers, and worn or altered merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
